Le Boucher de Papier was born from a simple, slightly unhinged idea: what if the most prized cuts and other prized delicacies — the Tomahawk, the Filet Mignon, the Porterhouse, the shimmering Oyster! — were rendered in papier mâché? More as a statement than a joke. About beauty in unexpected places. About the things we choose to display, and why.

Each piece is handcrafted and one of a kind — the kind of thing you put on a shelf and wait for someone to notice. And when they do, they always ask the same question.
