All items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you return.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@thepaperbutcher.com within 5 days of delivery. We will need you to send us photos of the packaging and the item, along with a description of the damage so that we can work with you to resolve any issues.
